Noblelift Unveils "Noble Robot II" – Redefining Safety for High-Risk Industrial Operations

In industries such as fine chemicals, steel smelting, and cold chain storage, extreme environments—including high temperatures, pressure, toxic hazards, flammability, and ultra-low temperatures—pose serious challenges to safe production. Coupled with rising labor costs, strict quality control demands, and tighter environmental regulations, the need for safer and more efficient solutions has never been greater.

On August 8th, at the World Robotics Expo, Noblelift, in collaboration with Zhejiang University’s Robotics Institute, officially launched the "Noble Robot II"—an embodied intelligent robot designed to replace manual operations in high-risk jobs, achieving "zero-risk protection."

In fine chemical production, regular manual sampling is essential but exposes workers to hazardous gases and extreme environments. The Noble Robot II is more than just a machine—it's a "specialized industrial safety officer." With specialized adaptation technology, intelligent algorithms, and human-machine collaboration, it transforms "human risk" into "intelligent protection."

Key Features

Extreme Environment Adaptation: Ceramic joints and explosion-proof design ensure long-term operation in flammable and corrosive environments.

Smart Process Optimization: Real-time production parameter optimization through digital twin simulation (0.1s-level), boosting yield rates.

Human-Machine Collaboration: Supports AR remote control and natural language instructions, enabling expert remote intervention and rapid responses.

Industrial Brain: Multimodal sensing, path planning, and high-precision motion control for advanced functionality.

Transparent Object Handling: Multi-sensor fusion perception system (RGB-D + TOF) paired with deep learning image enhancement algorithms to break visual recognition barriers, enabling stable handling of glass containers.

Market Potential

The global market for high-risk operation robots is currently valued at $3 billion, growing at an annual rate of 25%. Driven by safety production policies, smart manufacturing, and labor cost increases, China’s special industrial robot market is expected to surpass $7.5 billion by 2028, with an annual growth rate of over 30%. In the fine chemical industry alone, the potential for "machine replacement" exceeds $30 billion.

Noblelift has signed joint R&D and procurement agreements with leading industry companies, further validating the market prospects and commercial value of this solution. With core technology and cost-reduction modular design, Noble Robot II is poised to secure a strong position in the rapidly growing market..
